Our personal trainers are working hard to create simple workouts you can do at home with minimal to no equipment. Please check this page regularly for new workouts that you can print at home for reference. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to provide photos of the exercises listed in these workouts. If you are unfamiliar with an exercise in a WOD (workout of the day), we suggest you do an internet search because there are tons of photos and video demonstrations available for most exercises.
