TRIBE TEAM TRAINING FAQs

Tribe Team Training is a professionally designed and coached small group fitness training program.  It is the only small team training program where you train with the same group of people during each 8-week season. Working with the same team has many benefits including increased motivation and accountability. Exceed your expectations for yourself!

At Cornerstone, we offer 4 distinct Tribe programs across our two locations.  Each year of Tribe consists of 6 consecutive 8-week seasons and each season consists of 12 total workouts - 2 per week. The final season of each year is 4 weeks.  Sign up for one program or several programs for one season or for additional seasons throughout the year.  Because each season is distinct, with its own training goals and progressions, you don't have to sign up for successive seasons if it doesn't fit your schedule.  

Finally, Tribe Team Training is responsive and progressive and goal oriented.  If you are looking for results, this is the training program for you.

Tribe Team Training if for everyone. However, it may be particularly successful for you if:  

  1.   You are looking for workout buddies because it helps you stay accountable - and it's more fun.
  2.   You have trouble sticking to a workout routine on your own - let our coaches educate and motivate you.
  3.   You feel at a loss when you get to the gym because you don't really know what to do - Tribe takes the planning out of it for you.
  4.   You are bored with your current fitness routine - no two Tribe workouts are ever the same.
  5.   Your fitness level has plateaued - Tribe will push you past your comfort zone (if you are willing!).

TribeLIFE is a low impact functional exercise workout designed to ensure you achieve all your exercise needs to be fit for life. TribeLIFE™ uses low impact functional exercises that are not strenuous on the joins.  TribeLIFE™ will ensure you maintain the correct intensity during workouts needed to decrease body fat, increase energy levels, achieve cardio vascular fitness and increase functional strength.

TribeCORE is a training program intelligently designed to bring toning,strength, stability and power to your core. TribeCORE™ trains the muscles around your     pelvis, hips, back and abdomen, starting from the deep torso muscles to leave you with a slim waistline and firm strong abs.  TribeCORE™ incorporates flexibility and stability training to achieve structural longevity and powerful, pain-free movement.

TribeFIT can be defined as a strength and endurance HIIT conditioning program designed for any committed individual, regardless of fitness or experience, making it the ideal fitness regimen.  TribeFIT™ will increase your strength and endurance, burn fat and calories and produce functional, full body fitness results leaving you looking and feeling amazingly fit!        

TribePUNCH is a boxing/kickboxing program that focuses on learning new skills as well as increases power, endurance and mental toughness.  You’ll work hard and you’ll see measurable results - fast!  TribePUNCH™ won’t just define your body; it will challenge you to new levels of fitness and toughness within a team environment.

 

JOINING TRIBE TEAM TRAINING

Tribe sessions are 8 weeks long (2 workouts per week).  Annually, there are six 8 week seasons and the last season of the year is 4 weeks.  New members can join a season anytime up until Week 4 (pro-rated) and then after Week 4 with a paid additional prep session as determined as appropriate by the head coach. This will reduce barriers when joining a team!

MONTHLY BILLING

Once you fill out your EFT authorization form, registration will automatically renew from season to season guaranteeing you a spot in your favorite Tribe with minimal paperwork and no wait time.  You can make a change for the next season (withdraw, change programs, change times etc.) up to two weeks before the beginning of the next season by filing a CHANGE form with the Front Desk. Any balance on your account will be charged/refunded shortly after submission.

FEES

LIFE/FIT/CORE: members - $107/month  & guests - $137/month

PUNCH:  members - $194/month & guests - $217/month
*Punch fees are higher due to much smaller group sizes, specific boxing skills training & specialized season themes that focus on learning the techniques of single famous fighter.

LIMITED CLASS SIZES

Session sizes are strictly limited to 10 onsite in Doylestown & 8 onsite in New Hope.  Virtual spots are available in Doylestown (yes - you can livestream the workout and interact with your coach!).  

TRIBE TEAM TRAINING POLICIES

Team Commitment: When you sign up for a team, you are committed to those training days/times.

Missed Workouts:  There are no ‘make-up’ sessions but members may be able to arrange with their coach to attend another session for that particular session if they know in advance.

Drop-in: There will be no drop-ins allowed for Tribe Team Training.

Trial Workouts:  Trial sessions will be scheduled throughout the season. Members may also sample programs during Week 1 if space permits.

Payment: Tribe Team Training must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.  Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received.
