Sunday and Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday 11:00 am -5:00 pm
Wednesday 12:00 pm -8:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am -5:00 pm
Friday 11:00 am -7:00 pm
Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm

The Spa will be operating at 50% capacity and all services will be by appointment only.  We will extend hours and days as we see how well we are able to manage state mandated guidelines within our space. We will try our best to accommodate anyone who cannot work around these hours. However, our number one priority is to keep our clients and staff safe.

SOME THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT BACK TO THE SPA:

SAFETY

HEALTH COMES FIRST

All employees will be wearing masks or shields; masks are required for all clients as well. 

We have added acrylic shields for your protection where appropriate such as nail room and front desk.

‍Clients' as well as employees’ temperature will be taken by a touchless thermometer upon arrival.  Anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees F will be asked to reschedule.

‍We will be staggering appointments to avoid having multiple people in the lounge area or common areas in order to follow social distancing guidelines.

The Spa will be cleaned periodically during the day and each night with CDC compliant and approved sanitizers and disinfectants.

‍Regulations prohibit us from having product testers available.  Please ask for assistance if you want to test a product.  

PROCEDURES

NEW NORMAL

‍Clients will be asked to sign a COVID specific questionnaire before treatment.

‍Clients will be asked to wait in the atrium after checking in at the front desk upon arrival. If you feel more comfortable, you may call us from your car and wait there until we call you. Your therapist will be texted that you are here and come and get you when ready.

For the time being, we will not be serving refreshments.  Please bring your own bottle of water or ask the front desk for a disposable cup and we will serve water to you from the cooler after putting gloves on.

At this time, we will ask that clients change in the treatment room for massage or skincare rather than putting on a robe.

‍The following services will be temporarily suspended: certain facials, lip/chin waxing or threading (due to requirement that both client and service provider wear a mask).

Our regular cancellation policy is temporarily waived so that if you feel sick you can stay home and will not be penalized.

PAYMENT

TOUCHLESS CHECKOUT

‍Please update your contact and credit card information to expedite a touchless check out whenever possible. Be mindful that keeping touch to a minimum at the front desk is important. For this reason, we would prefer credit cards as method of payment rather than cash.

‍We also ask that you either add the service providers tip on a credit card or place a cash tip directly in the envelope provided and drop it in the tip jar. We would prefer not to make change, so if you are leaving a cash tip please come prepared.

If you get a busy signal or it goes to voice mail, please leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
