Here's what you need to know:
- There are currently 8 different workouts to choose from - everything from Group Power, Group Fight and Group Blast to other workouts we don't currently license like Centergy (a Yoga and Pilates fusion workout), Athlete 30 (a HIIT workout) and Ride30 (a cycling workout). But, don't click on "start your free trial" on the Mossa Move page - you must register by using a special link we will send you; please continue reading for complete registration information.
- You do NOT have to be a current Mossa participant to use these workouts - if you are a member, you are eligible.
- Mossa's streaming workout library is currently modest - there are anywhere from 2 - 5 workouts available per class category (with new ones coming soon) - but there are enough to choose from to give you some good workouts for several weeks. These workouts also differ from live, in-person classes in that each is only 30 minutes long. This is a nice feature because you can mix and match programs creating your own "custom" workout.
- Please note that you will have to provide a credit card to enroll in the program - but you will not be charged. Make sure you note the cancellation date on the registration form so that you can notify Mossa to cancel the service should you decide not to continue it at the end of the 60 day free period. If you find that you enjoy the service at the end of 60 days, you need do nothing. You'll be charged $7.99/month until you decide to cancel the service.
