Here's what you need to know:
- There are currently 8 different workouts to choose from - everything from Group Power, Group Fight and Group Blast to other workouts we don't currently license like Centergy (a Yoga and Pilates fusion workout), Athlete 30 (a HIIT workout) and Ride30 (a cycling workout). You can check out the list of classes and their descriptions HERE.
- You do NOT have to be a current Mossa participant to use these workouts - if you are a member, you are eligible.
- Mossa's streaming workout library differs from live, in-person classes in that each is only 30 minutes long. This is a nice feature because you can mix and match programs creating your own "custom" workout.
- Please note that you will have to provide a credit card to enroll in the program. You can sign up for a free 14 day trial and cancel at any time.
