All members are eligible to receive a FREE session with one of our Wellness Coaches. Do you have questions about exercise? Stress management? Nutrition? Hydration? Specific needs for your body? We can talk about it all! In your Wellness visit, we want to get to know you! We’ll find out what you want to get from your membership and help you not only define your goals, but achieve them by creating a customized fitness path tailored to you as an individual. This includes a free session with one of our top personal trainers. Four options to choose from:
- Classic (60 min.) - New to the club and unsure where to start? This appointment is your GPS to success.
- Express (30 min.) - Perfect for those with busy schedules.
- Senior (45 min.) - Designed specifically for the needs of those 65+.
- Fit (45 min.) - For fitness enthusiasts looking to supercharge their workouts and update their routines.
