Members enjoy access to a large and diverse number of live and virtual group fitness classes.
Our live and virtual Group Fitness classes include Indoor Cycling, Barre, Yoga, Zumba, Interval Training, Tabata Training, Pilates Mat, Kickboxing, T'ai Chi, Sculpt, Step, Cardio Barbell and more. You can find something you love whether you are a beginner or a more experienced exerciser. Members must register in advance for all onsite classes to ensure appropriate social distancing.
Looking for more advanced group fitness classes?
We also offer specialized workouts at both locations that feature limited class sizes onsite, virtual options and advanced instruction. Members can choose from HIIT to Tribe Team Training to Trainer's Choice. Additionally, these workouts are led by experienced and certified personal trainers. By training in a small group geared towards specific goals, you can experience quick progress in a cost effective manner.
Train like a dancer with Pilates Reformer classes at New Hope - stretch and strengthen!
We offer a variety of Pilates Reformer Classes throughout the week in our beautiful reformer studio situated in the serene Zen area. Classic Pilates Reformer classes are available for all levels from beginner to advanced. To ensure safe physical distancing, class sizes are limited. And, classes are scheduled carefully during the day to allow for adequate cleaning and sanitization of equipment after each use.
