Obstacle course racing is a fun, year-round way to stay in shape while testing your both your physical and mental skills. This 8 week workshop includes the speed and strength training needed to crush any obstacle. Using obstacle-specific exercise and training techniques, get ready to dominate every course and celebrate as you cross the finish line.
