Senior Circuit – Wednesday, 11:00am

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Senior Circuit is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, and cardiovascular exercises performed in a circuit. Participants will cycle through several exercises targeting all the different muscle groups with minimal rest in between each movement. Note this class is for our active Seniors who want a push in their workout.
