Cycle Prime – Tuesday, 6:00pm
September 19 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
This 45 minute high intensity class will PRIME you for life. It’s cardio + conditioning: 20 minutes of HIIT cycling followed by 20 minutes of functional strength exercises. Think bikes, slam balls, dumbbells and body weight movements, all designed to push yourself to new limits.
