An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This all-around workout uses various types of equipment and focuses on body weight exercises, balance and core stabilization in order to hit on all major muscles for sculpting and toning. Burn calories while protecting your feet and joints (not super high impact). Exercise modifications provided.
