An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely
Barre Fire is a challenging, faster-paced class, utilizing classic barre exercises and more advanced barre variations, mixed in with cardio intervals. While it is recommended that clients have experience with classic barre, modifications to be offered to incorporate all-levels. You will need a mat, weights, and a squishy ball (and support if taking class virtually).
