Members with the following symptoms will not be permitted to enter the club: cough, fever over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, rash, loss of sense of smell and or taste, stomach distress, or body aches. If you have any of these symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider and do not enter.
Touchless thermometers may be used to screen individuals upon entering. Anyone having a temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit will have a choice to sit for five minutes and be re-evaluated. If the temperature remains, the individual will not be permitted in the facility and will be given a recommendation to seek medical attention.
BY THE NUMBERS
In order to monitor capacity, members will be required to check-in and check-out of the facility. Those who schedule a personal training session, massage appointment or book a group fitness class will automatically have a visit booked for them.
WE'VE GOT IT COVERED
In accordance with recent guidance from the CDC and the Bucks County Health Department, anyone fully vaccinated may remove their masks. While they are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals, we encourage you to continue wearing a mask if you feel more comfortable.
GREETING YOU SAFELY
Touchless access is available via personal scan card or by simply providing your name or member number upon check-in. (NOTE: we require your photo on file for security reasons; if you do not currently have a photo in our system, we can take one for you).
New Plexiglass barriers are designed to provide a protective shield between members and the Service Desk.
For convenience and to minimize contact, members will be asked to use their credit card on file or use the Cornerstone Member App for purchases. If you don’t have a credit card on file, the Service Desk staff can load one for purchases.
For the safety of our members and staff, towel service will be temporarily suspended. Please bring your own towels and note that towels should never be used to wipe down equipment.
ACCOMMODATING MEMBERS FIRST
Guests are welcome but must abide by club rules and policies.
THOROUGH AND FREQUENT
In addition to existing continuous cleaning protocols, we will adhere to a rigorous, deep-cleaning and disinfecting process throughout the day. Designated areas of the club will be sectioned off during the day to facilitate the deep cleaning. We will be increasing the size of our housekeeping and maintenance team as well as asking all team members to support these rigorous cleaning protocols.
Cornerstone uses EPA-registered disinfectants which are designated effective against the COVID-19 virus.
We will allow 30 minutes between Group fitness classes for disinfecting the studio and all equipment.
Upon re-opening, lockers will be available. We will disinfect member lockers throughout the day. Members are asked to wipe down the inside of the locker with a (provided) disinfectant wipe upon use.
CONVENIENT AND READILY AVAILABLE
Members will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering the club and frequently throughout their visit. The hand sanitizer solution will meet or exceed the CDC’s guidelines. Sanitizer will be available at multiple locations throughout each club.
Members will be asked to use disinfectant wipes on equipment before and after use. Our disinfectant wipes are approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19 and proven to kill 99.99% of bacteria, viruses and fungi on equipment while having the safest EPA Toxicity Rating. Disinfectant wipes will be available throughout each club.
GIVING EACH OTHER ROOM
Physical distancing cues will be marked in the Group Fitness, Yoga and Cycling Studios, the locker rooms, lounges, and on the strength and cardio floors. Physical distancing signs and other cues will show which equipment is available for use, and signs will be placed throughout the strength floor to remind members to wipe down equipment before and after use and to practice physical distancing.
To ensure physical distancing, Cornerstone will limit capacity for all group fitness classes. Advance booking will be required to attend all classes. Classes can be booked online, via the mobile app or by calling the Service Desk.
Instructors will provide admittance to all studios prior to classes beginning. Members will be asked to use hand sanitizer before entering the studios. Studios will be closed and unavailable for use between classes to ensure the studio and all equipment is disinfected. Availability of studios will be re-evaluated after initial re-opening.
All Group Fitness classes, including Cycling, will be designed to facilitate distance between members. Our team will set up the studio beforehand with equipment. If a member requires other equipment, a team member will provide guidance.
No hands-on adjustments, typical in Yoga, will occur during group fitness classes.
CARDIO AND STRENGTH
To facilitate physical distancing, we will reduce equipment available for use. Select equipment will be unplugged and clearly marked to maintain physical distancing. 30-minute time limits may be imposed on equipment during peak hours if necessary.
Members will be asked to practice physical distancing etiquette during Personal Training sessions. Trainers and instructors will remain six feet away from clients and all cueing and corrections will be done verbally. Trainers and members will be required to wash their hands before and after each session. Trainers will wear provided mask as required. Cleaning anddisinfecting of any/all spaces and equipment used during a session will be the mutually agreed responsibility of the Trainer and member(s). Virtual Training will continue to be offered.
GIVE EACH OTHER SPACE
Available lockers will be clearly marked to maintain physical distancing. Restrooms and sinks will also be designated to allow for physical distancing.
