HOW TO LOGIN INTO EMPOWER M.E. FOR THE FIRST TIME
- On desktop, click on Empower M.E. Login on the top right corner of our homepage. On mobile, click on Menu and then click on Member Area in the drop down area.
- When the login screen appears, click on Forgot Password, enter your username (member ID#) and then click on Reset Password. If you don't know your username, you will have to recover that first. CLICK HERE for how to recover your username.
- A temporary password will be emailed to the email address we have on file for you.
- Follow the instructions in the email and click the link to set your new password.
- Enter the temporary password that was emailed to you under Current Password (cut and paste to eliminate errors).
- Type your new password, and then retype it to confirm. Click Save.
- You will receive a confirmation email stating that your password has been updated. Click OK and you will be re-directed to your Empower M.E. dashboard.
