We also offer specialized workouts at both locations that feature limited class sizes onsite, virtual options and advanced instruction.  Classes include everything from HIIT to Tribe Team Training to Trainer's Choice.

Train like a dancer with Pilates Reformer classes at New Hope - stretch and strengthen!

We offer a variety of Pilates Reformer Classes throughout the week in our beautiful reformer studio situated in the serene Zen area.  Classic Pilates Reformer as well as the more athletic IM=X classes are available for all levels from beginner to advanced. Class sizes are limited to ensure safe physical distancing.
