Stay on Track With Free Wellness Coaching Sessions

Have you ever started a new diet, only to quit two weeks later? Or what about that time you jumped into that crazy intense 6 a.m. boot camp class, realized you were in way over your head, and never went back?

We’ve all been there. We have the best intentions, but sticking with these health and fitness goals can be a challenge.

Now think about the time you made a deal with your friend/spouse/sibling to walk together three times a week. That was much easier to stick to, wasn’t it? Having somebody with you, somebody to hold you accountable, somebody you don’t want to let down is a game changer.

However, we’re not all lucky enough to have a friend who shares our fitness goals.

But what if there was somebody out there who could help? Somebody who has experience with these goals, and who can help guide you in the right direction. This is exactly how meeting with a wellness coach can help.

Now I’m sure some of you are thinking…

  • But I haven’t exercised in 10 years!
  • But I’ve never stepped foot into a gym before in my life!
  • The thought of even joining a gym terrifies me!

That’s okay! And honestly, as wellness coaches, we hear those things every single day. Cornerstone is not your typical gym. One of the many benefits of being a Cornerstone member is that you get complimentary wellness coaching throughout the entire duration of your membership. Your very first step as a new member is to meet with a wellness coach for a one-on-one session.

Your wellness coach meets you on your level, no matter where that may be. Whether you are fresh out of physical therapy, have terrible knee pain that makes it hard to walk, or have no idea how to turn on a treadmill, we can help you. As your wellness coach, we will help you get started on a safe and appropriate exercise routine for you.

Having an accountability partner makes reaching your goals so much easier. You will still need to put in the work, but we are there to help you muster up the courage to take that very first step out onto the fitness floor. We are there to give you that motivational pep talk when you feel like giving up. And if you have a set-back (we’re all only human of course), we can help you overcome that. Just remember, your wellness coach wants to see you succeed just as much as you do.
