Yoga has a different meaning for everyone.

For some it's a spiritual practice, a way to blend the mind, body and soul.  For others, it's a form of exercise, to stretch, become more limber, to increase balance and reduce stress. For whatever your definition, we know that experiencing a class in our studios at Doylestown, Warrington, or The TreeHouse in New Hope, will certainly be an enriching part of your day.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to all yoga classes. A mat is required for all yoga classes. You may bring your own, purchase one at our Pro Shop, or borrow one at the Service Desk. All yogis are asked to kindly clean borrowed mats with wipes provided before returning them. _______________________________________________________________________________________ Please note: Aerial Yoga is a fee-based class, and participants must take an introductory workshop or private training session before taking an Aerial Yoga class. This class is suitable for those who are physically fit and have some yoga experience or basic understanding of yoga. This class includes sun salutations and sometimes inversions and/or arm balances.

A form of meditation that activates the 7 chakras (energy centers in the body) to prepare to receive the Oneness Blessing. The Oneness Blessing or Deeksha is a form on energy transfer that is said to enhance the mind to feel more inner peace, connection and joy.

5:30 pm Thu 75 Min Yoga Studio Hot 26 Yoga
This class consists of a fixed sequence of 26 poses, excellent for al levels of practitioners.  Everyone practices the same posture at different levels of ability, receiving the same benefits of working the entire body.  This class is done in a room heated to approximately 100 degrees.

Vinyasa is a fluid, strong yoga practice for the body, mind and spirit.  In this class, the room will be heated to about 90 - 100 degrees to facilitate the practice and to assist in flushing  toxins from the body.
