25-hour advance sign up is required for all Spinning® classes. Call or stop by the Service Desk to sign up. If you are new to Spinning®, we recommend you take one of our Intro to Spin classes. Please contact the Service Desk for schedule times and sign up.

This low intensity spinning class will accommodate members of all ages who want a modified ride. The 45 minute class includes a 7 min. warm up, 30 min. ride, 7 min. cool down and stretch.
