Kick stress in the butt as you redefine your body! This freestyle 60-minute cardio kickboxing class is coupled with HIIT (high intensity interval training) conditioning and core. The class also includes periodic drills using martial arts targets so that you can “test your skills” at kicking and punching. Join the fun and grow stronger in mind and body! No prior kickboxing experience required.
