You may or may not know that Cornerstone Club publishes a blog every week on our website. We do this for several reasons – the prime one being to serve our members with supplemental information they can apply to their wellness and workouts.
We share tips that can help you be healthy and achieve your fitness goals, information about the types of classes and special programs we offer, and news about our clubs.
As we wrap up 2017, we thought we’d share our most popular blogs – the best fitness blogs in Bucks County for 2017 – in case you missed them, or simply want to re-read to better digest the information.
In May we were so excited to announce that the Cornerstone New Hope Club moved to a brand new location at 322 West Bridge Street! From our Member Services Area to our Group Exercise Studio and Zen Annex, this photo tour gives a peek at the large, open space, new equipment and modern industrial (but warm) aesthetic. It elicits “oohs” and “ahs” from everyone who walks through the door!
Hiking in Bucks County means colorful foliage, spectacular parks, and wildlife – at any time of the year. Check out these top 5 hiking options, including several loop trails on the Delaware Canal.
Cornerstone Clubs now offers a mobile Gym Membership App (search Cornerstone Clubs App). It’s downloadable from Google Play and the Apple Mobile App Store; or follow instructions/links provided at www.cornerstoneclubs.com/mobile.
The Cornerstone Clubs app gives you the ability to:
- review class and program schedules
- enroll in certain classes that have a maximum number of participants because of equipment, such as group training, spinning, and Pilates reformer
- purchase personal training and massage packages
- purchase select classes, programs and workshops such as Pilates Reformer, Tribe and seasonal workshops.
With over 300 classes offered every week with Cornerstone Clubs membership, the choices can be overwhelming. So, how do you choose? We list suggestions and descriptions of all group fitness classes – sorted by interests, goals, and fitness levels.
