Wellness means more than simply “not being sick.” It means taking steps to live better: eat healthier, getting the proper amount of exercise, and doing things that are good for our bodies, our minds, and the world around us. – TruBioHealth.com

“More than a gym” isn’t just a tagline for us at Cornerstone Clubs.  While we are committed to providing our members with the best fitness experience possible, we look at that goal as just one part of our overall mission to improve the health and wellness of our members as well as our surrounding community. And, as the quote above reminds us, wellness is more than any one element; rather, it’s a holistic, all-encompassing approach towards living life at its optimum.

It is with this overarching mission in mind that we at Cornerstone Clubs are happy to announce partnering with TruBioHealth by FlowMetric Diagnostics – developers of innovative health and wellness tests, as well as diagnostic assays, using their state-of-the-art flow cytometry platform. Two members of the TruBioHealth team will present two free lectures focused on wellness on Thursday, May 11, in the auditorium at the Health & Wellness Center in Warrington. Presented at 1 p.m. and then again at 6 p.m., each talk will run about 20 minutes followed by a short Q&A.
