Trainer's Choice workouts are advanced fitness classes offered in both our Doylestown and New Hope locations. These small group workouts are ideal for people looking to kick their fitness to the next level. Typically, these class are a mix of cardio and strength training. To keep things from getting stale, no two classes are ever the same! Additionally, these workouts set challenging - but do-able - goals for each individual. And, since they can be modified individually, they are appropriate for all fitness levels. Finally, advanced fitness classes are coached by experienced and certified personal trainers. So, you get expert coaching and supervision for far less than the price of one-on-one personal training. Limited to 6/workout.
