We don’t just teach you how to use machines at the gym– we teach you how to develop habits that will allow you to reach inside of yourself and make your fitness goals a reality. Session Info:

Personal Training should meet your needs, fit your schedule, and be a tool for you to accomplish your goals, which is why we offer a variety of options to choose from—this way we can tailor your program specifically to you.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Individual Personal Training sessions will allow you to get the time and attention from one of our amazing trainers, who will oversee all your fitness goals and monitor your progress. During these 30 or 60 minute sessions, your trainer will take you through an exercise program that has been specifically designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

Team Training

Get the same attention from your Personal Trainer with the added fun and motivation of working out with your buddies! Our Team Training Debit Card makes it easy to organize with your pals and pay for group sessions.

Small Group Training

Our ZONE classes are a fun, affordable way to get similar exercises and guidance of a Personal Training session, but in a class setting.
