I grew up in Edmonton, Canada with a passion for movement and human physiology. With cold weather and an inspiring family, I immersed myself in dance and academics, competing internationally on the Canadian Dance team and obtaining a Pilates teaching certificate at 16 years old. I continued on to dance professionally for modern dance companies. Shortly after becoming a national certified personal trainer, I realized that the complexity of human anatomy, physiology and psychology required to predictably lead clients to their health and wellness goals far surpassed the education I had as an entry level personal trainer. I have honed my skill set by working for a wide array of businesses and settings. I started off my career as a massage therapist in a corporate setting and at a high end spa.
