Trainer's Choice classes guarantee you varied workouts designed to improve strength, endurance, agility and cardiovascular fitness.  Our goal is to help you improve your functional fitness and reach your fullest potental.   Limited class sizes ensure personal attention.  Workouts are modifiable ensuring that people of all fitness levels can participate.  Trainer's Choice classes are offered in our Training Studios in both Doylestown and New Hope.

Trainer's Choice 2017 - View Schedule


High Intensity Training (HIT) A cross-conditioning workout for members of all fitness levels which incorporates dynamic strength, power, and balance.   Spartan Conquer your week with a Spartan Race inspired workout led by a Spartan SGX certified coach. Run, jump, climb, push, pull and throw through an hour that will build mental and physical stamina. This workout is designed for the novice but can easily challenge the established athlete.   Stability Sit at a desk for 40 hours a week? Coming off a case of tendonitis? Need to start moving better? Then Stability is for you! All participants will be also evaluated by our certified movement expert to see what exercises will be right for you.   Login to your Cornerstone Clubs account to access in-depth class descriptions or to register for class online. You can also register by visiting or calling the service desk - 215.794.3700 (Doylestown) or 215-862-2200 (New Hope). *Available at our Doylestown and New Hope locations. Packages are interchangeable at both locations regardless of membership status.*
