What you need to do:
- Arrive 15 minutes before the time of your scheduled appointment. Changing rooms and showers are available as well as lockers, robes and slippers.
- Fill out our intake form. To allow us to provide the best treatment, we need to know about you—how you feel, what medications you are taking and your general overall health. Your information will be kept confidential and is used only for the purpose of a safe and effective treatment experience.
- Kindly turn off cell phones, beepers etc. upon arrival.
What you should know:
- For your convenience, child care may be available at CornerKids in the fitness center. Please ask about availability when you make your appointment.
- Gratuities are not included in our pricing. Gratuities generally range from 15-20% of the service fee.
- The Spa at Cornerstone requires at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a full service fee.
- A credit card is required to book your appointment.
- The Spa services clients with a minimum of 13 years of age for skincare treatments and 18 years of age for massage therapy.
- Promotions or discounts may not be combined with additional offers.
Gift Cards are available at The Spa desk or by phone, and can be created for a monetary amount or for a specific experience.
