1.  I haven't received an email invitation. What do I do?

Please see the service desk at the club to be sure that we have your correct email on file or email us at FitRewards@cornerstonestoneclubs.com with your member number, name and email and we'll make sure your activated right away!

2.  How often will I see points updated on my account?

Points for attendance, activities and services will be updated on member accounts twice a month. You will receive an email each time points are added to your account!

3.  What if I don't have an email address?

Since this is an email based system, you will need an email address to have an account. There are many free services out there to create an email account, or you can also provide us an email address that belongs to someone who will check your account for you.

4.  Does my family all share the same points?

No. Points are awarded to each individual who purchases or completes the reward activity. Points are also not transferrable. It is important that you use your membership number when checking in, purchasing a program or participating in a bonus event. We can only aware points for the membership number that is listed on our reports.

5.  Will the program change?

Yes. New reward items will be added to the program in time. All items in the rewards folio can also be changed out at any time, based on inventory and demand.

6.  What is the change in activation after April 15th?

All current members have until April 15th to activate their Fit Rewards account and receive 500 bonus points for doing so. In addition, all activity on their account from February 1, 2009 has been banked so you will see points awarded to your account even if you haven't activated your account. After April 15th, current members can activate and receive 150 bonus points. New members who activate will still receive 500 points.

7.  What happens to my account if I cancel my membership?

Your fitRewards! account becomes frozen and you will not be able to earn or redeem points. You do not lose any accumulated points, however. They will be available to you when you re-activate your membership within 12 months. All accounts with no activity in a 12 month period, regardless of membership status, will be closed.

8.  Is this program free?

The fitRewards! program is free to all members for the first year. In most cases, there is a small fee associated with the program after a 12 month period. This will be determined.

9.  What do I need to create my account?

You need your name, phone number and email address. This information must match what we have here on file at Cornerstone. If you have changes to your information (a new phone number or new email address) please let us know and we will process right away.
