Pilates Mat Class ScheduleStretch and strengthen the total body, with a focus on the core Musculature (“the Powerhouse”), as well as the back and spine. Pilates Mat Classes are taught as a series of 30-50 movements performed with minimum repetitions to gain maximum results. This is a great class for all levels!
