The goal of our Personal Training Program is to help you learn to exercise effectively and safely, achieve your health and fitness goals, and to be amazed with your own abilities.
We don’t just teach you how to use machines, we teach you how to reach inside yourself, find your potential, and make your fitness goals a reality. Our Personal Trainers hold degrees in health and fitness or certifications from nationally accredited organization. They are committed to providing you with a program that is specifically tailored to meet your goals. Our PT Director will help you choose a trainer that is best suited for your personality, needs and interests.
Do I need a personal trainer?
There is a good reason that the number one reason people hire personal trainers is to lose weight and get into shape – it works. If you made a resolution to lose the fat and build the muscle, a trainer can keep you on track and help you realize that goal.

- A body composition and fitness assessment
- Creating a personal program

Personal training sessions are available in:
- Single Hour Sessions
- 5 – 20 Pack Hour and ½ Hour Sessions
- Buddy Training
- Small Group Training
