MVP Works!

Dear MVP Coaching Staff,

When I started at MVP I thought I had a great lifting routine, well it obviously wasn’t anywhere near what your coaching provided me.

Within my first 6 weeks my bench increased by 50 pounds, that was amazing.

But it wasn’t just the great training that I must thank you for.

I have to extend a specific thank you to Coach Joe because, without him, I would probably still be suffering through the injury that multiple doctors and orthopedic specialists couldn’t figure out.

Coach Joe properly diagnosed my injury, but he went even further to connect me with a doctor who was able to further help me.

I ended up having surgery on my hip, and I shocked myself when I threw 141 feet in the discus, beating my PR from the previous year.

This was only possible because I was in much better shape than the previous year, and that I owe to the coaching I received at MVP.

Thank you,
Sean Flemming
