Junior Memberships are $30/month 1st child, $19/month each additional.

For ages 2-6: junior membership includes unlimited visits to the playroom AND the pre-school program.

For ages 6 & up: junior membership includes unlimited visits to the playroom (for 6 year olds) and ALL junior and beginner karate classes.

** Junior Memberships are a benefit of membership at Cornerstone, only available to kids of an adult fitness membership.
