AfterSchool

Our Fittin’ In AfterSchool program is designed to give your elementary-schooler fun and healthy entertainment while you fit in your workout or class. Children who are 6 and over are recommended at least an hour worth of healthy, physical activity a day to ensure proper muscle and bone development. This program is a great way for your child to be active and have fun!

Fittin’ In is a series of fitness classes specially designed for kids age 6-13. Class cards for Fittin’ In are $59, and are good for any 12 classes your child would like to take. Each time your child attends class, we’ll check off their card. No advanced sign up for class is required; cards may be purchased at the Service Desk. Ask us about our Junior Membership, too!
Monday
5:30 – 6:15pm | Cardio, Surprise!
It could be boot camp, boxing, kick, or zumba. Maybe step, circuit training, hip hop or anything that gets your heart pumping and your muscles moving! Just bring sneakers, water, and a smile; we’ll take care of the rest! Instructors will vary with format. 

Tuesday
5:30 – 6:15pm  |  Jump Club (age 6+)
Join us for a jumpin’ good time! Get your rope swinging and your heart pumping! Great fun for kids of all ages.

Wednesday
5:30 – 6:30pm  |  Sports Club (age 6+)
An active class designed for all kids, athletes and non-athletes alike! Turn off the TV and rev up your metabolism. We will focus on active games designed to provide individual challenges as well as group cooperation. Come join the fun!
