Special Program and Workshop Policies

The Cornerstone Clubs are proud to offer members of the club and the larger community access to special programs in addition to the wide variety of quality classes and programs offered on a regular basis as part of club membership. Special programs and workshops are just that — special. They require additional training, certification, and planning on the part of staff and a larger commitment of time and resources on the part of Cornerstone. If you have any questions regarding the appropriateness of a program for your fitness level and interest, do not hesitate to contact the instructor, member services, or Jen Lambert, Program Coordinator.

Interested participants are registered on a first come, first serve basis. We do maintain waiting lists for all programs, and in the event that space becomes available in a full workshop, alternates will be contacted in the order in which they appear on the waiting list. You may register for any workshop at any of our clubs, and members may take workshops at any club regardless of membership status (i.e. ‘Doylestown only’ members may enroll in workshops at our New Hope and Warrington locations and pay member price). Payment is due with registration—we cannot “hold” spots in a class without a complete registration, including payment.

Credit/Refund Policy

Please choose special programming carefully. Refunds in the original form of payment will only be issued if Cornerstone cancels a program OR a participant withdraws from the program at least 48 hours prior to its start. Pro‐rated credit (in the form of a Cornerstone Gift Card) will be issued to members who withdraw from a program within 48 hours of its starting date for any reason. No credit will be issued to participants who withdraw after this time except in the case of illness or injury. In the event of prolonged illness or an injury, please notify Jen Lambert, Program Coordinator, and present a doctor’s note as soon as possible – credit will not be given for classes missed prior to notification. Pro‐rated credit (in the form of a Cornerstone Gift Card) will be issued in an amount equivalent to the missed classes.
