Octagon Class Schedule
The Octagon Training System features a new generation of innovative cross-conditioning activities that progressively challenge and enhance all aspects of physical functioning. This multi-dimensional method offers integrated training with a focus on "training movements - not muscles". Octagon Notes
All Octagon classes are held in the Training Room. 25-hour advance reservation is required for all Octagon classes except In Motion classes which change weekly and require special registration; please see the Service Desk for more information. Octagon classes have an additional fee; see the Service Desk for details.
