Build A Better Back Porch
Join Personal Trainer Adrianna Parsons for a progressive strength training class focusing on activating, stimulating, strengthening, and sculpting your back side with a combination of isolated and dynamic exercises. Not just a “booty camp”, this program will also focus on shoulders, back and legs, plus incorporate some killer cardio, to create a totally fabulous “rear view”. All fitness levels welcome but be ready for a challenging workout. Space is limited so don’t wait to call!
