Personal Training Programs include:

  • Meeting with your fitness coach to review medical history and establish achievable health & fitness goals.
  • A body composition and fitness assessment
  • Creating a personal program
  • Motivation and support

Personal Training Sessions are available in:

Single Hour Sessions | 5-20 Pack Hour and 1/2 Hour Sessions | Buddy/Small Group Training

Our Personal Trainers hold degrees in health and fitness or certifications from nationally accredited organization. They are committed to providing you with a program that is specifically tailored to meet your goals.
