Kidz Yoga (age 6-11)

Time: 4:30 PM - 1 hr.

 

Attitude, breath, and foundation are the key principles of yoga…oh, and we think having FUN is important too! In this class your child will turn upside down, play games and share stories while they unveil the gifts of yoga and meditation. The class provides a supportive environment and helps your child build strength and flexibility, learn to focus their unique energy and open their mind to new possibilities.  Maximum 20 participants.
