Classic Pilates Mat Express Pilates Mat Express
A total body workout that stretches and strengthens the core muscles, as well as the back, hips, thighs and glutes. This class is taught as a series of 30-50 different movements performed with minimum repetitions to gain maximum results. Props such as rings and stability balls may be used. In the Express format, transitions are faster and some Pilates Mat experience is recommended.
About Pilates MatStretch and strengthen the total body, with a focus on the core Musculature (“the Powerhouse”), as well as the back and spine. Pilates Mat Classes are taught as a series of 30-50 movements performed with minimum repetitions to gain maximum results.
