Kundalini Yoga & Meditation ▲Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Combine the benefits of Kundalini practice in this class. Kundalini Yoga is a physical and meditative discipline, comprised of a set of techniques that use the mind, senses and body to create a communication between "mind" and "body". It focuses on psycho-spiritual growth and the body's potential, giving special consideration to the role of the spine and the endocrine system. It involves postures (asanas), pranayama - or the coordination of breath - meditation, mudras (gestures) and chanting. Appropriate for all levels, including beginners - reservations are required.
About TH YogaYoga has a different meaning for everyone. For some it's a spiritual practice, a way to blend the mind, body and soul. For others, it's a form of exercise, to stretch, become more limber, to increase balance and reduce stress. For whatever your definition, we know that experiencing a class at The TreeHouse, inside our inviting studio or outside in the gardens, will certainly be an enriching part of your day! ▲ - denotes classes that may be taken by junior members (age 12 and up).
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to all yoga classes. A mat is required for all yoga classes. You may bring your own, purchase one at our Pro Shop, or borrow one at the Service Desk. All yogis are asked to kindly clean borrowed mats with wipes provided before returning them.
