About TH Pilates Reformer
The TreeHouse offers both Classic and IM=X styles of Pilates Refomer Classes.
Classic Style: The classic method, developed by Joseph Pilates, is a unique and extremely effective exercise system. This method follow principles, both philosophical and theoretic, that Pilates has refined over a period of 60 years. Benefits include longer, leaner muscles, improved posture and balance, increased core strength and stability.
IM=X Style: IM=X stand for Integrated Movement Exercise. This is an innovative formula that brings together the muscle toning and lengthing benefits of Pilates with elements of strength and cardiovascular training. This combination increases flexibility. endurance, and overall fitness, all while supporting the spine and conditioning the abdominal core.
Reserve your space in class up to a week in advance by contacting the Service Desk. Pilates Reformer classes have an additional fee. Classes can be purchased individually or by packages. See the Service Desk for details. The sign up policy applies for all classes that include any Reformer work, including fusion classes like the 20/20/20.
