Spinning Intervals
Spinning Intervals - interval energy zones emphasize speed, tempo, timing and rhythm, with a heart rate training range of 65-92% of maximum. Interval sessions use a system of varying intensities of effort interspersed with periods of recovery. The goal is to develop the ability to recover quickly after maximum effort.

Spinning is a great cardio workout for all fitness levels. From endurance training to cardio intervals, we have a class that will challenge and motivate you. Get into one of our classes and see how far the road can take you!

You must sign up for Spinning classes no more than 25 hours in advance. Call or stop by the Service Desk to sign up. If you are new to Spinning, we recommend you take one of our Intro to Spin classes. Intro classes are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays throughout each month; please contact the Service Desk for schedule times and sign up.
