Spin Training

Spin Training- this 45-60 minute ride allows you to train in multiple energy zones, with heart rates ranging from 50-92% of maximum.  Take the opportunity to train at your personal best, and find your own road in this never-the-same-course-twice class!

About NH Spinning

Spinning is a great cardio workout for all fitness levels.  From endurance training to cardio intervals, we have a class that will challenge and motivate you.  Get into one of our classes and see how far the road can take you!

You must sign up for Spinning classes no more than 25 hours in advance.  Call or stop by the Service Desk to sign up.   If you are new to Spinning, we recommend you take one of our Intro to Spin classes.  Intro classes are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays throughout each month;  please contact the Service Desk for schedule times and sign up.
