Advanced Bokwa
Advanced Bokwa –Bokwa combines cardio conditioning, strength training and flexibility. It integrates customary African dance with boxing maneuvers. The name is a combination of "BO," a term for light boxing and "KWA," symbolizing the traditional South African dance Kwaito. Advanced Bokwa is for those who have mastered the Bokwa steps in several classes; move on to more challenging combinations and faster execution for the ultimate sweat-fest!

Pilates Mat/Mat Express - Stretch and strengthen the total body, with a focus on the core musculature, known as the “Powerhouse”. Pilates mat classes are taught as a series of 30-50 movements performed with minimum repetitions to gain maximum results. Create longer, leaner, stronger muscles, and increased flexibility and mobility. Pilates Mat Express is a shorter (45min.) version of the Pilates mat class. Level II classes are designed for intermediate/advanced Pilates participants.
