Although always having a passion for mind and body wellness, Deanna discovered her true passion after taking her first yoga class eight years ago. Upon completing her RYT 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2013, she went from being a Cornerstone member to a teacher and member. Thru barre, Deanna has been able to combine many passions into one vigorous and fun workout. The grace and fluidity of dance, the alignment precision and heart work of yoga woven together with the strength of Pilates come together in a powerful workout to shape not only your physique, but stir up your soul.
About Barre Fitness
This exhilarating workout will give you the long, lean muscles of a dancer by toning your seat, abs and arms while it strengthens your core. Highly effective exercises are performed at the barre and on the floor, taking your muscles to the point of fatigue. Each strength section is followed by a stretching interval to create a beautiful, supple body. Proper alignment will always be emphasized, encouraging amazing posture!
