Senior F.I.T. will introduce participants to the benefits of functional circuit training, by focusing on balance, core strength and overall conditioning.  Each week, intervals of work and rest will change in order to maximize variety and deliver cardiovascular benefits. A variety of equipment will be introduced, including medicine balls, TRX, BOSU®, steps, physio balls and more.  Not designed for beginners or frail seniors.
