Our Running Training programs are designed to work with runners of all levels – from beginning walkers/runners to experienced 5 and 10K’ers, we’ve got the program for you. Addressing all areas of running, from form to speed to endurance to strength, you will find a variety of programs and workshops at Cornerstone that you won’t find anywhere else. Strengthen Your Stride

Work with our expert trainer, Ann Krisher on improving your strength, speed, and flexibility with exercises targeting hip flexors, calves, quads, core, and legs. Using exercises designed to improve a runner’s stride, this workshop will have you hitting your time goals in no time. Literature provided for classes will cover cadence, breathing, and nutritional topics. For all fitness levels.
