Pilates, developed by Joseph Pilates, is a unique and extremely effective exercise system. This method follow principles, both philosophical and theoretic, that Pilates has refined over a period of 60 years. Benefits include longer, leaner muscles, improved posture and balance, increased core strength and stability. Cornerstone offers both Pilates Reformer and Pilates Mat classes.
