You are what you eat, right? But these days, it can be hard to know what or how to eat for your lifestyle and fitness goals!  Low carb, low fat, high fiber, gluten free, vegan – all these “nutrition programs” and more vie for attention these days. We suggest you skip the fad diets, and get nutrition advice and counseling that is right for YOU. If you want to lose weight, overcome chronic fatigue, or increase awareness about pregnancy or sports nutrition, we’re here for you. Our trained, certified nutrition counselors will work with you individually and as part of weekly support groups to find a plan that will work, and most importantly, keep working for you as part of an overall health, fitness, and wellness plan.

Come explore the basic principles of balanced nutrition according to the time-honored and holistic path of Ayurveda.  Learn how to get the most out of your food choices as well as easy, natural ways to improve your overall energy, metabolism and digestion.   No previous experience with Ayurveda is necessary.  Just an interest and a willingness to have fun!
