From yoga to sports-specific conditioning, the Cornerstone Clubs offer a variety of programs and workshops for kids and teens age 7-18. We know that lots of kids need more exercise; and studies show that reduced play time and increased “screen time” are contributing to a generation of less-than-healthy kids and teens. Bring them into Cornerstone – even just once a week – and they can get a workout tailored to their needs, while you get a little “me” time on the fitness floor or in one of our great classes! And, for more athletic kids, look for off-season and pre-season conditioning programs – whether it’s strength, speed, agility or endurance that your athlete needs to improve, our workshops can get them on the path to greater performance on the field and off!
