Each is designed to challenge you and get you to push past your limits and achieve things you may not have thought possible. From hard core circuit training and boot camp, to progressive strength and speed training, each of our High Intensity programs combines state-of-the-art techniques and equipment with the best of instruction. A Kick in the Grass

Sept 16, 2014 through Oct 22, 2014

Join Vicki for this super high-intensity workout out on the “Green Monster” (a.k.a. the Cornerstone hill).  Using weights, bands, sandbags, giant tires and plenty of hill work (can you say lunges….) this workout will challenge you and dramatically increase your fitness level.  You don’t know what you can do until you get a little kick in the grass!  For intermediate to advanced exercisers, maximum 16 participants.

Weekend Warriors

Why sleep in when you can start your weekend off with a bang?  Join Sean for a killer outdoor workout that will burn enough calories to give you a ‘free pass’ for whatever your Saturday night might bring!  Each workout will combine cardio, core and strength training, using functional moves and equipment like TRX, Kettlebells and medicine balls, along with good old fashioned boot camp “faves” like pushups and sprints.   Don’t let another weekend go to waste – we’ve got your workout right here!  For warriors of all fitness levels;  maximum 16 participants.

Become a Better Athlete

This program is designed for the athlete in us looking to maximize performance. These workouts will push participants to increase their aerobic and anaerobic capacities, as well as focus on flexibility, core function, balance, power, speed, agility, quickness, and total body strength. By incorporating different training modalities and optimizing movement in all three planes, participants will overcome the staleness and boredom of “traditional” fitness programs.    For intermediate and advanced exercisers;  maximum 8 participants.

Intro to Boxing

This is an introductory workshop to the “sweet science.” Participants will learn boxing specifics. Participants will learn footwork, how to skip rope, proper technique for punches, hitting heavy bags, punching double end balls, flow drills, and focus pads. In addition to improving your boxing technique, you’ll get one of the best cardio workouts! We’ve all heard of the amazing benefits of a boxing workout. Now try it yourself while adding in a new element to your workout program!    For all fitness levels;  maximum 12 participants.
