Join Leah and Felipe for this awesome all-outdoor workout on the Lambertville Canal Towpath – you know what to expect – a killer combination of cardio, strength and full-out fun for all! While you’re getting a great workout, you’re also supporting a good cause! All proceeds from this class will benefit the Emily Ayre Fund for Big Dog Rescue, sponsored by Animal Alliance. Emily Ayre is the sister of Amanda Ayre, who has been a Cornerstone member since moving to New Hope. Emily was a lifelong lover of dogs, including her own rescue dog, Dover. Emily died tragically last year, and the Ayre family along with Animal Alliance of New Jersey have created the Fund for Big Dog Rescue in her honor. And be prepared to take everything in “3’s” – 3-minute endurance intervals, triangle strength circuits, triple threat core training – all are designed to maximize power, conditioning and functionality. Spring is here, and are you feeling like your New Year’s “get fit” resolution is a distant memory? Then now is the time to regain that momentum! If you are ready to test your endurance and resolve, then come join Lisa Andersen for 4 weeks of PYRAMID training. This high-rep training program may be unfamiliar to you, but it will provide the challenge of intensity and resistance training designed to take your fitness to the next level. This program is not about how fast you finish, but CAN you finish?? This program is designed for pairs – so get a partner to sign up with you, but choose them well! No partner – no problem – Lisa will pair you up. This workshop is not intended for beginners. Space is limited to 6 pairs in each class, so sign up NOW!

To say that Leah and Felipe know how to ‘bring it’ is an understatement – you will be inside, outside, up, down, forward, backward and who knows what else as this team puts you through a hard-core, kick-your-morning-in-the-a** workout. Don’t miss it – it’s the best thing you will do for yourself all spring – even if you do have to get up early to enjoy it!
