Each is designed to challenge you and get you to push past your limits and achieve things you may not have thought possible. From hard core circuit training and boot camp, to progressive strength and speed training, each of our High Intensity programs combines state-of-the-art techniques and equipment with the best of instruction. Have you been working hard on your fitness goals but still having trouble getting rid of those last 5-10 pounds? This is your chance to commit yourself to finally shed those pesky pounds before heading to the beach this summer. By following strict dietary guidelines and working out 2 days with Shawn and 3 days on your own each week, you will finally reach your goal and be looking and feeling FANTASTIC! Give yourself 5 weeks – you’ll be done before school gets out, and you’ll be so glad you did! Maximum 6 participants; all levels welcome, but 100% participation is expected!
