Sports Performance for Youth Travel Team Players

Are you looking to maximize your skills and endurance during your fall soccer season? In-season performance training is the best way to gain an edge on your fellow soccer opponents. Take it to the next level in soccer by incorporating fitness, ball skills, speed, agility, quickness, and much more. With 10+ years of coaching experience, Head Coach Angela DeSumma is the former captain of the New Jersey Wildcats, a women’s semi-pro soccer team, and college standout at Marshall University. She was ranked 15th in the nation by the NCAA for career assists, was named to the C-USA All-Freshman team and was 3rd Team All-Conference C-USA. Join Angela to improve your skills and take it to the next level. This clinic is designed for travel athletes, and is not suitable for beginners.

A boot camp with variety. Join Jamie for high-intensity, invigorating, and fun workshop to make burning calories easy. This workshop will utilize kettlebells, ropes, sprints, jogs, weights, and other fun outdoor exercise for maximum results. Workshop will take place Cornerstone Warrington and the local Warrington parks. All fitness levels welcome.

Why sleep in when you can start your weekend off with a bang? Join Sean for a killer outdoor workout that will burn enough calories to give you a ‘free pass’ for whatever your Saturday night might bring! Each workout will combine cardio, core and strength training, using functional moves and equipment like TRX, Kettlebells and medicine balls, along with good old fashioned boot camp “faves” like pushups and sprints.   Don’t let another weekend go to waste – we’ve got your workout right here! For warriors of all fitness levels.

Using a mixture of intense resistance training and long bouts of cardio in a team environment, you will gain the strength and stamina needed to successfully complete any event. Our goal race for this workshop is GoRuck Light, Philadelphia PA on May 16, 2015. Participants DO NOT need to run the goal race to be a part of this workshop. Portions of this workshop may take place outside or off-site. For intermediate to advanced exercisers.

Get into this great introduction to the “sweet science” with Cornerstone’s resident boxer, Dean Smith.  Participants will learn boxing specifics, using drills and techniques including work on a speed bag and double end bag.  Learn proper form on a heavy bag, and experience focus pad and slip line drills.
