Become a Better Athlete

This program is designed for the athlete in us looking to maximize performance. These workouts will push participants to increase their aerobic and anaerobic capacities, as well as focus on flexibility, core function, balance, power, speed, agility, quickness, and total body strength. By incorporating different training modalities and optimizing movement in all three planes, participants will overcome the staleness and boredom of “traditional” fitness programs.  For intermediate and advanced fitness levels; maximum 8 participants.

Intro to Boxing

This is an introductory workshop to the “sweet science.” Participants will learn boxing specifics. Participants will learn footwork, how to skip rope, proper technique for punches, hitting heavy bags, punching double end balls, flow drills, and focus pads. In addition to improving your boxing technique, you’ll get one of the best cardio workouts! We’ve all heard of the amazing benefits of a boxing workout. Now try it yourself while adding in a new element to your workout program!  For all fitness levels; maximum 12 participants.

TRX®/Kettlebell Training

Join Dean for this workout that combines the benefits of TRX® suspension training, Kettlebells, and body weight exercises. TRX® and Kettlebell exercises train the body in unique ways that other modalities can’t, by focusing on core strength and mobility. This workshop will allow participants to develop full-body functional strength, as well as cardio endurance. This program will introduce, as well as educate, beginners and even challenge those who are experienced with TRX® and Kettlebells. For all fitness levels; maximum 9 participants.

Lose the Jingle

In preparation for the holidays, get a high intensity muscle and cardio workout. Join a group to run off those unwanted pounds as our expert trainer takes you through an intense workout using battle ropes, kettlebells, weights, and good old fashioned “faves” like pushups, sprints, and ab work. Enjoy the rush as you complete the hill challenge each week in our special, Holiday boot camp! All fitness levels welcome, maximum 16 participants.

Strengthen Your Stride

Work with our expert trainer, Ann Krisher on improving your strength, speed, and flexibility with exercises targeting hip flexors, calves, quads, core, and legs. Using exercises designed to improve a runner’s stride, this workshop will have you hitting your time goals in no time! Literature provided for session will cover cadence, breathing, and nutritional topics. All fitness levels welcome, maximum 14 participants.
