Each is designed to challenge you and get you to push past your limits and achieve things you may not have thought possible. From hard core circuit training and boot camp, to progressive strength and speed training, each of our High Intensity programs combines state-of-the-art techniques and equipment with the best of instruction. If you’re ready to take your fitness to the next level, these are the programs and workshops for you.

Sports Performance Training

This program offers extensive training in areas of agility, multi-directional speed, quickness, strength training, and stopping mechanics. Our experienced coaches are committed to helping athletes achieve their highest goals through hard work and discipline. Sports Performance are tailored to the individual. Join a challenging and highly efficient sports strength and conditioning program that will help you achieve your maximal potential as an athlete.


Fall session II October 29 to December 10 (6 weeks)*

$149 Members/$179 Non-members

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00-6:00pm
  • Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:00-5:00pm


*no classes week of Nov 23 due to Thanksgiving holiday
