Join Kristin for an early morning workout that will jumpstart your day! Class will be held at Central Park and will utilize walking/running trails, fitness stations, and your own body weight for exercises. Functional fitness and TRX training will also be included. Bring a towel or mat for ab work, and a bottle of water. Enjoy a great workout while also enjoying the great outdoors! This program is designed for participants of all fitness levels – take each exercise at your own pace to get the result you are looking for! Class will be held rain or shine, but in the event of severe weather, class will move into the Activity Center adjacent to Central Park.

Take Off Challenge – Weight Loss Program

This program is specifically designed for participants who are looking to lose 50 or more pounds.  While you won’t lose this much in 6 weeks, you will get a great start on an exercise program designed to boost your metabolism and help you shed that weight once and for all.  Workouts will combine cardio and strength training, and each participant will be required to do at least 1-2 more additional independent workouts per week.  Accountability and camaraderie are two key components to a successful fitness program – get both in this workshop, plus gain confidence and satisfaction from a new commitment to a healthier lifestyle.  And if that’s not enough, how about a little inspiration too?  Your trainer, Sean Rimmer, has himself lost over 100 lbs. – so he knows what it takes to find that motivation, and he can help you find it too!  For all fitness levels; maximum 8 participants.
