Join Cornerstone Personal Trainer Kristin Baldino for an early morning workout that will jumpstart your day! Class will be held at Sauerman Park and other nearby Doylestown parks and will utilize walking/running trails, fitness stations, and your own body weight for exercises. Bring a towel or mat for ab work and a pair of lightweight dumbells if you have them. Kristin will show you basic exercises while focusing on form to challenge and educate you and your muscles! Enjoy a great workout while also enjoying the great outdoors! This program is designed specifically for beginners looking to get into a good exercise routine this summer. Choose to workout one day or two each week – take each class at your own pace and feel great! Class will be held rain or shine, but in the event of severe weather, it will be held indoors at Cornerstone, Doylestown. No class on July 4th.
