Intro to Boxing

This is an introductory workshop to the “sweet science.” Participants will learn boxing specifics. Participants will learn footwork, how to skip rope, proper technique for punches, hitting heavy bags, punching double end balls, flow drills, and focus pads. In addition to improving your boxing technique, you’ll get one of the best cardio workouts! We’ve all heard of the amazing benefits of a boxing workout. Now try it yourself while adding in a new element to your workout program!  For all fitness levels; maximum 12 participants.
